He gave us great insight as to options in financing, different options in buying (building vs rehabbing vs ready to move in) and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the real estate business! Jim took time to weigh out the pros and cons of each house according to our desires, which in turn helped us make a decision in this fast -paced market.
